Transgender/Gender Diverse
and Neurodiverse
Dr. Clawson offers evaluations to support transgender/gender diverse and neurodiverse youth. A primary purpose of these evaluations is to enhance knowledge of a youth’s unique way of thinking to remove barriers, reach goals, and assist with access to care.
Goals of these evaluations may include:
-
Assessing gender development
-
Identifying individual goals (e.g., for social transition, gender-affirming medical care, etc.)
-
Identifying protective/risk factors
-
Clarifying gender-related needs
